Mountain Secure Systems Makes Asset Acquisition of B&B Test Solutions, Inc.
Longmont, Colorado - 10/16/2009 – Mountain Secure Systems (formerly Mountain Optech, Inc.), a leading provider of ruggedized electronics to the aerospace and defense industries and subsidiary of Phillips Service Industries (PSI), announced today the asset acquisition of B&B Test Solutions, Inc., a wireless networking solutions provider. Mountain Secure Systems also unveiled their new website, which is www.MountainSecureSystems.com.
The assets acquired are the popular SpeedLAN and AirPro Gold II wireless networking products, which can be found on nearly every continent around the world, and are known throughout the industry for their reliability and ease-of-use. The SpeedLAN 9000 series products are currently deployed in the largest video surveillance network in the U.S., for the Chicago Police Department, as well as remote locations in Iraq and Afghanistan to ensure the delivery of vital communications for the U.S. military. The range of solutions cover point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and/or wireless mesh networks. Applications range from mission-critical public safety communications, video surveillance, municipal networks, to last-mile broadband access.
